Hosting

This website is hosted by a service provider that processes data on our behalf (order processing under Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the site, the hosting infrastructure automatically collects and stores technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of access in server log files. This is necessary to display the website securely and reliably (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form and email contact

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the data you provide (name, email address, message) is processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. We process this data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where the enquiry concerns a contract, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. ProvenExpert

We display reviews via ProvenExpert (Expert Systems AG). When the ProvenExpert widget is loaded, a connection to ProvenExpert servers is established. This only happens after you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Google Maps

We use Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) to display our location. The map is only loaded after you actively accept it. When loaded, Google may process your IP address and set cookies. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

External calculators and links

Our website links to external comparison calculators and partner platforms (for example Baufi24, Kredit24, blau direkt, maklerinfo.biz, covomo, fairadvisor). These open in a new tab and are operated by the respective providers under their own privacy policies.
